Intern (m/f/d) in the Europe's Future Program

Functie omschrijving

About us
The Bertelsmann Stiftung is one of the largest operating foundations in Europe. It is a non-profit organization committed to a sustainable society in the tradition of its founder, Reinhard Mohn.

The project "Europe's Economy: Strengthening Cohesion in the Single Market" in the Europe's Future program addresses a central problem of the EU: the promise of prosperity of the European single market does not reach everywhere. Strong economic imbalances between states and regions endanger Europe's cohesion and impair its competitiveness. The green and digital transformation threatens to exacerbate this problem even further. Against this background, we want to contribute to more economic convergence in the European single market as a central project objective. To this end, we want to identify ways in which the EU can better use the resources at its disposal (regulation and investment) to effectively promote sustainable growth and innovation across the board. This is done through analyses, the development of policy recommendations and their strategic communication to our target groups: policy makers and decision makers in Germany and Europe.

We are looking for the exciting tasks of the project an intern (m/f/d) for 3 months starting September 1, 2023.
