Intern in IT Service Performance Management (m/f/d)

Functie omschrijving

You will

You support the consolidation and monitoring of global Service Performance (Service Level Agreements) of all department applications
You play an active role in regular Service Peformance reporting governance activities for the department
You support all relevant ITSM activities that ensure the quality of the services delivered
You prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to facilitate the team’s activities
You drive the preparation, organization and recording of internal, executive and project meetings
You engage actively with different stakeholder groups in ongoing Transformation Programs which impact the team activities

Your skills

You are in an advanced stage of your studies, preferably in the area of Business (Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Macroeconomics), IT or Business IT
You have some experience (academic or professional) in Consulting and /or Advisory
Advanced computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent English communication skills
You excel in teamwork and are passionate about taking new challenges
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
